Week 8

Feedback session on project.

Week 9

We had a progress check meeting with our client and presented our ideas. We ended up going for the CocoKami Vending machine idea.

3. PROJECT PROGRESSION

3.1 Crazy 8

During class, we did a crazy 8 exercise. Two of our members didn't attend but I asked them to perform in their own time.

3.2 Ideas

Afterwards, we chose three ideas to consider.

Then we finalised to sticking with the vending machine idea and started our sketches.

Additionally, based on feedback, we added a digital panel to the concept.

3.2 Prototype

Onto our prototype, we only had time to draw out the vending machine design and also the digital panel prototype. I was in charge of drawing out the two designs to be prepared for AB testing.

After that, we tested them out with people.

4. REFLECTION

I unfortunately did not enjoy this project at all. I was really stressed out for most of it and with our few group members, I felt that I often did most of the work and left only some pieces for my groupmates to do as a part of me thought I didn't want to burden them but also I felt that only work that I saw in front of me was more acceptable; I was very anxious when waiting for my groupmates to send in their work as the deadlines came by.

I do take accountability, however, with my managements skills that it lacked during project. I wish I could've done better but what's done is done.

Overall, if I could redo this project on my own time with maybe more project members, I would feel less stressed out and more motivated to do better.
